General Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (e.g., if the product was delivered on December 1st, the return request must be raised by December 8th).
• Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any flaws. Fashion products may be tried on to check fit but must still be returned in unworn condition.
• Include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories that came with the product.
• Return the product in its original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. Avoid placing tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.
• If delivered in Irsha Fashion packaging/box, the same must be used for the return.
• Clearly indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience.

Rejection of Return Requests

• If your returned item does not meet the above conditions, irshafashion.pk reserves the right to reject the return request.
• For rejected returns:
• The item will be sent back to you within 4-6 business days.
• After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the item will be sent to scrap, and no refund will be provided.

Valid Reasons for Return

• Damaged Product: Physically broken or defective items.
• Incorrect Product: Wrong item, size, or color delivered.
• Incomplete Product: Missing items or accessories.
• Mismatch with Description: Product does not match the description or pictures provided.

Refund Process

• Store Credit: Processed within 1-2 business days after quality check.
• Bank Deposit: Processed within 7-10 business days after quality check.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch by calling +92-326-0799674.
• If the order has already been dispatched, you can decline the parcel at the time of delivery.
